Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate with loved ones, but in November of 2022, the family of a young Tennessee woman was missing oneone of their own at the holiday.

The troubling disappearance of Jasmine “Jazzy” Pace — and the relentless efforts by her family to find out what happened to the 22-year-old — will be the focus ofall-new Datelineairing Sunday, April 13 at 10/9c p.m. on NBC, titled "The Pin at Apartment 210."

The episode will follow another new installment of the newsmagazine airing Friday, April 11 at 9/8c p.m., “The Widow of Woodland Hills."The Friday episode reveals breaking updates to the murder of celebrity hairdresser Fabio Sementilli, hours after a verdict in the case was reached.

In Sunday's episode, as itssynopsis explains: “Jasmine ‘Jazzy’ Pace mysteriously vanishes, missing her family’s Thanksgiving dinner. Determined to track her down, her family takes matters into their own hands, pursuing every digital clue she left behind.”

What happened to Jasmine Pace?

Family and friends started to worry about Pace after not seeing her for days. "Jasmine's mother,Catrina, realized nobody had actually spoken to Jazzy since the night her great-grandmother died," Dateline correspondent Blayne Alexander says in voiceover ina previewof the episode.

Pace's family "knew something wasn't right," according to Alexander, since it was unlike her to just drop off the radar.

“Something’s wrong,” Pace's cousin Jacqueline White told Dateline. “She’s not picking up the phone and it’s very unlike Jasmine to not be there for everyone.”

The family was growing increasingly concerned about her whereabouts and decided to do some detective work of their own, using the few clues Pace left behind to aid in their search.

“Everyone has an electronic footprint,” White said. “There are clues everywhere.”

Jasmine Pace's family discovers her passwords changed, "racy photo" posted

Pace's family discovered that her social media passwords had been changed. "And a racy photo of Jazzy was posted on her Facebook account," Alexander said.

“That’s not something she would put out there,” White told Dateline. "Let's unravel this."

To discover the truth about what happened to Pace, the family pressed forward as they uncovered one startling clue after another.

“The search for Jazzy would force the family to go places and do things they never imagined,” Alexander said.

For the broadcast, Alexander also interviewed Pace's half-sister Gabby Pace, family friend Brianna Edge, and Hamilton County District Attorney Coty Wamp, among others.

What happened to celebrity hairstylist Fabio Sementilli?

Dateline will explore the killing of celebrity hairstylist Fabio Sementilli, who was found dead in his home in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, in 2017.

“A girl returns home from school to find her father, celebrity hairdresser Fabio Sementilli, brutally murdered in their backyard,” a synopsis for Friday's episode, “Widow of Woodland Hills," reads. “A neighbor’s security camera helps investigators identify unlikely suspects as the murder captivates not just Hollywood, but the country.”

As Dateline correspondent Josh Mankiewicz says in a voiceover ina previewof the episode,the case centers on “lust, greed and secret relationships," all leading to the shocking murder.

Veteran Los Angeles Police Department Detective Mitzi Roberts will help piece the case together on Dateline, along with the victim's niece Stephanie Avola, and his sisters Mirella Sementilli and Lori Picillo. Sementilli’s friends Joe Mercurio and Pete Castellanos were also interviewed.
